Job Overview

In GTM Operations, you will play a critical role in breaking down silos, streamlining processes, and enhancing the overall customer journey. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to optimize and align operational processes, driving efficiency and ensuring a cohesive experience for both prospects and customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with SalesOps, MarketingOps, and RevOps to unify processes and eliminate silos, fostering a collaborative GTM environment.

  • Analyze and streamline workflows across teams to enhance the customer journey from awareness to retention.

  • Consolidate tools and systems to reduce overhead and better leverage data across the GTM funnel

  • Work with GTM leadership to set and execute strategic goals, develop shared KPIs, and measure operational impact.

  • Lead projects aimed at identifying and solving bottlenecks or operational challenges within the GTM system.

Requirements: 

  • Strong understanding of the customer journey and the role of different GTM functions in driving growth.
  • Proven experience in process optimization, tool consolidation, and strategic operational planning.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess data, identify trends, and drive informed decisions.
  • Experience with CRM systems, marketing automation tools, and other relevant operations software including new GTM Ops tools such as Inflection.io
